This policy explains what information ppera.com (“ppera”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our website, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information you type into the calculator
All tip calculations run entirely in your browser. The amounts you enter are not sent to our servers. If you choose a currency, we may remember that preference in your browser's local storage so it is selected on your next visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
2. Information you send us
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message, together with basic technical data (IP address and browser user agent) used to prevent spam and abuse. We use this information only to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. Messages are stored in a secure database and deleted when they are no longer needed, typically within 24 months.
3. Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running reliably.
4. Cookies and advertising
We may use Google AdSense to show advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
